We’re not the only hosts here! One friendly dog and two delightful cats call the inn home. Whether offering a quiet greeting or simply enjoying the grounds, they’re part of what makes a stay with us special.

Livi (Olivia)

Our most loyal furry host is our six-year-old German Shepherd. Calm, intelligent, and gentle, she keeps a watchful eye over the property while enjoying the peaceful rhythm of inn life. You can almost always find her right behind Bill, one of the innkeepers, or relaxing outdoors and offering a friendly greeting during your stay. She’s very much a part of the Rainforest Inn family and adds to the sense of comfort and security our guests appreciate.

Valentino

Meet Valentino, a sweet and shy cat who was rescued alongside Mara and is happiest when close to her innkeeper mom, Renée. While he tends to keep his distance from guests, you may catch glimpses of him quietly exploring the inn or curling up nearby when Renée is around. His gentle presence adds a calm, comforting touch to the Rainforest Inn for those who notice his quiet charm.

Mara

Meet Mara, our gentle and slightly social cat. A rescued feline, she enjoys quietly exploring the property and can often be found calmly observing her surroundings or following a bug at her own pace. Independent and serene, Mara adds a subtle charm to the Rainforest Inn, enhancing the relaxed, cozy atmosphere our guests appreciate.

While our dogs and cats are beloved members of the Rainforest Inn family, they are not allowed in guest villas. They remain in designated common areas, ensuring a comfortable and allergy-conscious stay for all our guests.
