This trail is paved all the way and there are little signs pointing out stuff so you do feel kind of constrained and "Disneylandish" but this hike is beautiful.
It passes through a large grove of Tabonuco trees (hence the name). The sap of the Tabonuco is a white gummy resin that can be used for incense (it smells like a Mexican Catholic church).
